I create my mineral-rich bath soaking solutions (bath salts) to nourish and detoxify the skin, soothe sore muscles, relieve dry skin and reduce itch.
I enhance each variety with my essential oil blends to help calm and soothe the mind, body and soul - much like a trip to the beautiful mountains surrounding this magical place.
Pure and Natural - NO anti-caking ingredients or synthetic anything. Enhanced with flowers and leaves I collect and/or grow in my garden. I add plant and fruit powders for extra skin love and natural color.
These soaking solutions are at their best when enjoyed as fresh as possible, of course.
Comes in 3 sizes:
2.5 ounce pouch = 1 bath, or 2-3 foot soaks.
4 ounce glass jar = 2 baths, or 4-5 foot soaks
8 ounce glass jar = 4 or 5 baths, 8 or 9 foot soaks.

Soaking in warm, mineral-rich waters, has been used throughout history to treat a myriad of skin and health issues. The list of the therapeutic effects of Thalassotherapy is long indeed. It's right at the top of my list of favorite nourishing skin care traditions and always has been! I love soaking - time to quiet my mind really does help me cope with the challenges I face in the world and helps me sleep more soundly).
Getting solid, restorative, uninterrupted sleep is at the very root of good health. But many of us fall short of this goal. Soaking in warm salt water, rich in magnesium sulfate (Epsom Salts), is proven to improve sleep quality. Don’t let another night of tossing and turning slowly rob you of the good health you deserve. If you suffer from poor sleep please make the time to soak for 20 minutes before bedtime.

Plant Power: I include flowers and leaves I grow, and those I collect in the forest surrounding my mountain home, for their proven healing power. I collect and dry them whole, then later I powder and crush them when I make the batch, thereby offering the most skin benefits and natural aroma. I add different plant and fruit powders for extra color.
Phospholipids compliments of milk, yogurt, buttermilk powders. Dairy imparts soothing fats, phospholipids, vitamins and minerals which condition the skin, helping it stay soft and silky smooth. Dairy has been used to beautify the skin since the time of Pharaohs. Cleopatra's great beauty is attributed to her habit of soaking in a tub filled with warm, fresh milk. Short of that luxury, I now include dairy powders to enhance the skin-soothing, healing, and beautifying properties of your bath water.

Phospholipids are a crucial component in keeping the skin hydrated. A type of lipid molecule comprised of fatty acids, a primary component of cell membranes naturally present in our skin. Acting as an emollient in my soaking solutions, dairy phospholipids attract and absorb water, creating a barrier on the surface of the skin, sealing in moisture, hydrating and helping repair damage, and improving skin texture and tone.

Since I don’t include anti-caking ingredients the salts will attract moisture from the air. Because of this they will eventually clump together.
These are the variations I offer, the essential oils blends I use to enhance them, plus the extra plants I add for skin benefits and natural color.
CHILL PILL: sweet orange, German chamomile, lavender, patchouli, sweet basil, coriander, peppermint. Powdered and crushed wild mint, my homegrown garden mint, and wild Marsh Mallow leaves (a skin soothing medicinal plant which can be found growing in marshy places).
MEDITATION: Green myrtle, sandalwood, frankincense, vetiver, cedarwood, patchouli. With powdered and crushed Calendula blossoms from my garden. Blue spirulina for color.
LAVENDER DREAMS: Colorado Lavender + German Chamomile. With powdered Colorado lavender buds for skin conditioning, color, and added aroma. Purple grape powder for color.
WILD MOUNTAIN ROSE: absolute rose, geranium rose, palmarosa, lavender, coriander. Wild Rose Petals are collected in July each year and then I powder them to add to my best seller.
